Terms of service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Stryqo, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Stryqo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the service, creating an account, or purchasing or using paid features, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
Stryqo analyzes publicly available and licensed third-party information about products and businesses and assembles it into timelines, source summaries, and analytical reports. Reports reflect the information available when generated. Features may change, and a feature marked unavailable in a local or demonstration build does not transmit the submitted account, contact, analysis, or payment data.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for keeping access credentials and sign-in links secure, and for activity performed under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
Credits, subscriptions, and payment
Where paid features are enabled, prices and credit costs are shown before purchase or use. Credits are non-transferable and do not expire unless the purchase screen clearly states otherwise. Subscription plans renew at the displayed interval until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
Failed paid operations may qualify for an automatic credit reversal. Additional eligibility and timing are described in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. Nothing in that policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Public reports and third-party information
The factual data layer of a report may be public, indexed by search engines, and listed in the report library. Reports can include links, estimates, archival material, and statements supplied by third parties. We do not control those sources and do not endorse the businesses or people discussed. If you believe a report contains unlawful material or materially incorrect source attribution, contact us for review.
Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, another person’s rights, privacy, or intellectual-property rights.
- Do not harass people, submit malicious content, or use reports to facilitate fraud or unlawful discrimination.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape restricted areas, overload the service, or automate usage in a way that evades displayed quotas or fair-use limits.
- Do not misrepresent report output as verified fact, professional advice, or an endorsement by us.
Ownership and license
Stryqo, Inc. and its licensors own the service, software, visual design, and original content, excluding third-party source material and your content. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for lawful personal or internal business purposes. No license is granted to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing dataset from protected portions of the service.
Feedback
If you send suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation, without identifying you as the source unless you agree.
Third-party services
The service may link to or interoperate with authentication, payment, analytics, data, and artificial-intelligence providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes in third-party data availability.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. ANALYTICAL VERDICTS ARE OPINIONS, NOT FACTS OR LEGAL, FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND FOR YOUR DECISIONS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRYQO, INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stryqo, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your material breach of these terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service and these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email when required. The updated date will appear above. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Delaware law and forum
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any non-waivable consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, the state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to those courts.
General
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remainder will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement about the service and supersede prior agreements on that subject.
